I am well again! Yay!
After a few days of really good rest I am ready to get back into things, including new knitting projects. After I finish knitting my black winter hat for myself (I think i've just about perfected the pattern by now) I want to start on another sweater. A crewneck, kinda like the one below but really oversized, almost like a dress with all of my random balls of colored yarn. Sounds like it could be a real mess. We shall see. I think it's going to be great.

2011, the Year of the Quilt

It doesn't quite have the same ring to it as, "2 thousand one one, get 'er done" but that's OK. I had a fun time anyway yesterday looking and definitely NOT touching (even tho I really really wanted to) the quilts that are currently on display at the American Folk Museum. Some of my favorites...
