Get all your holiday shopping done in one day! Join us at the South Slope Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 11am-5pm. Enjoy our gallery of artists, artisans and craftspeople, many from Brooklyn and all purveyors of original and high-quality goods. We have assembled a diverse product line for your shopping pleasure, including jewelry, apparel, ceramics and more. Our Fair also features: scrumptious snacks from local eateries; a terrific raffle; and fun activities for kids.

Proceeds from the Holiday Craft Fair benefit P.S. 10, a public elementary school located in the heart of South Slope. This is a PS 10 PTA-sponsored fundraiser.

Subtle, no. Awesome, yes.

The year of the quilt has been awesome. Go see this exhibit even if you're not a quilt enthusiast. The Armory itself is an awesome building to explore, but fill it with 650 red and white quilts from one woman's personal collection and it turns into an awesome Alice and Wonderlandish house of cards. Plus it's free. These were some of my favs...
